When will my order be delivered?

Stocked products will be delivered on the next working day* throughout the Republic of Ireland. We offer an urgent same day delivery service available in Dublin and surrounding areas. Contact our Customer Services team with your enquiry.

Products which are temporarily out of stock may take 2-5 working days for delivery. Our Customer Services Team will advise you of any possible delay and offer you an alternative product where available.

Non-stocked products e.g. Certain furniture ranges and some products may have a longer delivery period of 2-6 weeks. Our Customer Services Team will contact you on receipt of your order to advise of any possible delay and the options available to you.

Working days* are from Monday to Friday 9.00a.m. - 5.30 p.m. Deliveries take place between 9.00a.m. - 5.00p.m. Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

If delivery is attempted within our stated delivery hours and you are not present to take receipt of the goods, we will contact you and give you the option of collecting the goods from our warehouse at no additional cost. In the event you want a further delivery attempt, a delivery charge will apply, unless otherwise waived solely at the discretion of the Company. Our office will contact you with the details.

What are the delivery costs?

As a general rule delivery is free of charge for orders over €75.00 ex v.a.t. A delivery charge applies for orders which fall below € 75.00 ex v.a.t. of € 7.50 ex. v.a.t. unless otherwise agreed. Additional delivery charges may apply for items over 30kg, safes and bulky items. You will be advised before delivery is made.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes, we will require a signature to confirm receipt of your items when your order is delivered. Our deliveries are distributed by our own drivers or our designated third party couriers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:
Credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express and Diners Club credit cards.
PayPal.
Electronic bank transfers - Contact our Customer Services Team on 01 456 6888. Your payment needs to be processed and cleared in our bank before your order is despatched.
Office.ie offers a 30 day credit account to registered business customers subject to approval. Contact us to apply for a business account application form. All submitted applications will be replied to within one business day.

I want to return a product what shall I do?

If you receive an incorrect item(s) or they are in a damaged condition you must advise us within 48 hours. Please call 01 456 6888 or email our Customer Services team. Alternatively if an item does not meet your needs, you can return it to us with 14 working days of receipt subject to meeting our Returns Policy criteria.
